Albo's Totems for Bill Howell

We've often highlighted the conflicts that Delegate Dave Albo feels as he is forced to toe the Rural Conservative Party line because the House Caucus is controlled by rural conservatives such as his law partner, Majority Leader Delegate Morgan Griffith.

This is all part of a larger annual pattern. After all, if he doesn't do as he's told, he won't be chairing his committee much longer.


Well, he's capitulated once again.
